University of Staffordshire

About the University

At University of Staffordshire, we turn degrees into real jobs. From your first day to your graduation and beyond, we’ll help you build your future career.

It’s a key reason why we were named Modern University of the Year (Daily Mail University Guide 2027), with 88.8% of our graduates in work or further study 15 months after completing their degrees. We’re also ranked 7th in the UK for student positivity (2026 NSS).

Employability is embedded across the student experience. Every year, you’ll have the opportunity to do a placement, internship or work-based project. You’ll also practise your skills in simulated environments, so you develop the confidence to become career-ready.

Our main campus is in Stoke-on-Trent, one of the UK’s most affordable cities. It’s where you’ll find a welcoming community in our £100m Student Village and Hub, whether you live on campus or commute.

We also have a specialist healthcare campus in Stafford, and a digital, tech and business-focused campus in London.
